Church listings are built from public church websites, denominational directories and other public or authoritative sources. Private contact and outreach-management fields are excluded from the public website.

Our approach
Accountable Christian service
Britain for Christ is developing as a Christian ministry initiative intended to encourage Gospel witness, prayer, discipleship, church connection and cooperation across Britain.
The website is not designed to replace the authority, governance or pastoral responsibility of local churches. Directory inclusion is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of the doctrine, safeguarding practice, governance or current status of any listed church.
How we work
Key controls
Review before publication
Church corrections, events and testimonies submitted through the website are not automatically published. They are prepared as email requests for review.
Corrections
Church leaders or members can request corrections or removal of a listing. Where appropriate, official public evidence should be provided.
No implied endorsement
Listing a church, event, organisation or external resource does not by itself mean Britain for Christ endorses every belief, statement, activity or practice associated with it.
Responsible content
Resources aim to remain centred on Jesus Christ and Holy Scripture while recognising that Christian traditions may differ on secondary matters.
Escalation
Potential safeguarding, privacy, legal or serious factual concerns should be prioritised for review rather than treated as ordinary directory edits.
Directory transparency
The current public directory contains 1,519 UK church entries. A listing can include the church name, location, denomination/network, public website or official directory link, and explicitly documented community/language information.
Report a concern
If you believe information is inaccurate, inappropriate or should not appear publicly, use the Contact Hub or Add/Correct a Church page.
