United for Christ Across Britain

Christian unity does not require every church to become identical. It calls believers to honour Christ, hold to truth and serve together where conscience permits.

Unity begins in Christ

The New Testament repeatedly calls Christians to unity that is rooted in the Gospel, not merely organisational convenience. Ephesians 4:1–6 speaks of one body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism and one God and Father of all.

Unity is not uniformity

Churches have real differences in history, worship style, governance and secondary doctrine. Faithful cooperation does not require pretending those differences do not exist. It does require humility, patience, truthfulness and a refusal to make personal status more important than Christ’s mission.

Jesus prayed for His people

In John 17, Jesus prays for those who will believe through the apostles’ message, asking that they may be one. Christian unity should therefore make the Gospel visible rather than obscure it. It should direct attention to Christ rather than to personalities, brands or institutions.

Serving without controlling

Cooperation works best when local churches retain their proper responsibilities. Shared prayer, evangelism, resource-sharing and practical service can strengthen Christian witness without creating a new hierarchy over churches.

A vision for Britain

Britain for Christ seeks to serve as a connecting platform: helping people discover churches, Scripture-grounded resources and opportunities to grow and witness. The aim is not to replace the local church but to serve Christ’s Church and encourage faithful Gospel presence across the nation.
