What We Believe
The biblical convictions that shape every ministry, resource and partnership of Britain for Christ.
Rooted in historic Christian faith
This page summarises the doctrinal foundation of Britain for Christ.
Holy Scripture
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are God's inspired written Word and the supreme authority for Christian faith and practice.
The One True God
We believe in one eternal God, Creator and Sustainer of all things, eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, truly God and truly human; He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily, ascended to heaven, reigns as Lord and will return in glory.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who glorifies Christ, convicts of sin, gives new life, sanctifies believers and equips them for service.
Humanity & Sin
We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and value, yet all people have sinned and need God's grace and forgiveness.
Salvation
We believe salvation is God's gracious gift received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ. Britain for Christ exists to support—not replace—the ministry of healthy local churches.
Discipleship & Prayer
We believe every follower of Christ is called to grow in faith, prayer, worship, obedience, service and love.
Mission & Christian Hope
We believe the Church is called to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples, and that Jesus Christ will return.
